VPN Disclosure
Nebula VPN is optional. When you switch it on in the app, it carries your game streaming traffic to and from Nebula's game servers. On iPhone, iPad, Windows and macOS, your other apps and websites don't go through it. On Android, all of your device's internet traffic goes through it while it's on, for a steadier connection.
-
We don't record or log what you do, the sites you visit, or the content of your traffic.-
-
To connect you, we give your device a temporary VPN address on a server chosen from your account's country. Like any server, the VPN server sees your public IP address while you're connected; it doesn't record it.
-
We don't sell, use or disclose to third parties any information from the VPN, for any purpose.
-
The VPN runs only while you use Nebula, and turns off when you close it. On Android, iPhone and iPad, it also turns off when you switch to another app, unless you're in the middle of a game.
Notifications
On iPhone and iPad, Nebula asks to send you notifications the first time you join a queue. If you allow them, Apple gives the app a notification token. The app sends it to our queue while you wait, so we can tell you when a server is ready, or when it has gone to someone else.
We delete the token when you leave the queue, and at the latest 40 minutes after Nebula last checked in. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device's Settings; then keep Nebula open while you queue.
